Our Trademarks
118 Technology FZE owns the following trademarks, brand names, and intellectual property:
- 118 Dubai — primary brand name and trademark
- 118 Technology FZE — legal entity name
- 118 PMS, 118 Accounting, 118 CRM — product names
- 118 Dubai logos — all variations of our logo (colour, monochrome, stacked, horizontal)
- 118dubai.com — our primary domain name
- All associated slogans, taglines, and design marks used in connection with our products and services
Our trademarks are protected under UAE Federal Law No. 37 of 1992 on Trademarks and applicable GCC trademark laws. Unauthorised use is prohibited and may result in legal action.
Permitted Uses
You may use 118 Dubai trademarks without prior written permission in the following circumstances:
- Nominative reference — Referring to 118 Dubai products or services by their proper names in truthful, factual statements (e.g., "Our company uses 118 PMS")
- Press and editorial — Using our name and logo in news articles, reviews, or editorial content that covers our products
- Academic or educational use — Referencing our brand in research, case studies, or educational materials
- Certified partners — Partners in our official programme may use approved partner badges as described in their Partnership Agreement
Prohibited Uses
The following uses of 118 Dubai trademarks are strictly prohibited without prior written permission:
- Using our name or logo as part of your company name, product name, or domain name
- Modifying, distorting, or creating derivative versions of our logo
- Using our marks in a way that implies official partnership or endorsement when none exists
- Using our trademarks in metatags, keywords, or other SEO tactics designed to divert traffic
- Creating merchandise, promotional materials, or advertising using our brand assets
- Registering domain names incorporating "118Dubai", "118PMS", or similar confusingly similar names
- Using our marks in any manner that disparages 118 Technology FZE or its products
Partner & Reseller Guidelines
Certified partners in the 118 Dubai Partner Programme may use approved co-branding assets subject to the following conditions:
- Only use the official partner badge provided in the Partner Portal — do not modify it
- The badge must include your official partner tier designation (Silver, Gold, or Platinum)
- Partner badges may only be used while the partnership is active and in good standing
- Partner materials must clearly identify your company as an independent partner, not as 118 Dubai
- All partner materials referencing our brand are subject to approval by 118 Dubai's marketing team

Reporting Infringement
If you encounter any suspected infringement of 118 Dubai trademarks — including counterfeit products, impersonation websites, or unauthorised use of our brand assets — please report it to our IP team:
Please include the URL or location of the suspected infringement, screenshots or evidence, and a description of how it conflicts with our trademark rights. We aim to respond to all trademark reports within 5 business days.
